Itinerary:

This is a prep training trip for the Denali 2018 expedition.

Climbing Mt. Whitney, the highest summit in the contiguous United States.
Mountaineer's Route.


Itinerary (draft, subject to minor adjustements)

Day 1: Leave Vancouver
Day 2: Arrive at Lone Pine (CA), get permits, hike to Iceberg Lake @3,848m. Set camp for the 1st night.
Day 3: Climb Whitney via Mountaineer's route. 2nd night at the Iceberg Lake.
Day 4: Return to cars, drive back home
Day 5: Arrive to Vancouver
