This low-ratio (4:1) multi-pitch lead climbing course is designed to develop skills to tackle longer Squamish routes or technical alpine objectives. It will be an intensive day with a Canada West ACMG instructor working on skills specific to leading multi-pitch trad routes. Previous trad lead climbing experience required. Candidates must be comfortable with leading on trad gear to 5.8 level. Please review the link below to determine if your skills meet the basic requirements. There is a gear list and other information for reference. multi-pitch/ The cost of this course is $140 per member (discounted from $175). I will need payment in full via an Interact payment which I will transfer to Canada West. After you join the trip, email me at with your qualifications and we will set up the transfer. Additional instructors are available if there is sufficient interest. The course may be postponed if weather conditions are unfavorable. Craig-on !!

Trad gear if you have. Helmet, climbing shoes, 60 m rope, etc (see link)
