Applications are once again open for the TNF (The NorthFace) Winter Leadership Course. New this year is that the Course will be held at our Fairy Meadow Hut! Cyril Shokoples will once again be the lead instructor. Joining him will be our staff guide Doug, as well as, Erica Roles. For details and application form please go to: TNF Winter Leadership Course

Please note that each applicant must have two reference letters and a Vancouver Section endorsement (the section endorsement being the most important part).
Very Important:
You will need Section endorsement , therefore you must have your request for this to me (Anna - Section Chair - by midnight Oct 8th so this can be dealt with at the Oct 9th Executive meeting. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE. This allows us time to get this done and send off to National.
There is the expectation to lead trips and help with instruction within the Section should you be the successful applicant. If you have any TNF questions, please email Tara McConnery at

This event is for anyone interested in applying for the Winter Leadership course. Please complete the application at the link above and you will contacted by ACC National by November 1, 2019 if you are successful.
- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in ACC VA events.
