Attendee Screening: Attendees are Pre-Screened - Trip Leader will review your background and may contact you before accepting you on the trip.

2 nights and 3 days at the Wendy Thompson Hut. Arriving Dec 27th, leaving Dec 29th.

All participants must have completed AST1 or have equivalent experience, be able to ski Black runs under any conditions, have prior experience touring with good technical skills, good enough fitness for 3 consecutive days of touring. Split boards OK; no snowshoers.

Please ensure you have adequate fitness to get to the hut at a reasonable pace to ensure we can ski on the first day.

All participants will be screened; being first on the list does not guarantee a spot. Please send an email to me describing: 1) your experience, 2) if you have a winter-ready vehicle and can drive, 3) general fitness.

Required Items to Bring:
AT/ split board gear, Avi gear, overnight gear, food for 3 days, stoves

Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.

- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in ACC VA events.

Member Cost:$40.00/Person
Make a Payment:Although there is a cost for this event, you do not pay through the ACC VA. Please review the event details carefully for information about how/where to make your payment.

Note: If you don't show up we will be very hurt!
*Note: Payment is not made to the ACC. Payment must be make in advance and refunds will be given only if another suitable participant is available.
