Gym Climbing

This is a bit of a last- minute trip. The lottery system for campsites in The Enchantments opens at 7:00 AM tomorrow (on Feb. 15), as it turns out, and I plan to put my name in for four to eight people. EDIT: as the lottery will be open for submissions until Feb. 29, I plan to put my name in on Feb. 27 or 28. Please feel free to join the trip until then. The area is famous for its alpine lakes and, in the fall, for its larches (and mountain goats). This trip is aimed more, overall, at the hiking and scenery than at the alpine climbing and scrambling (which will only take up part of one day). Happy to change the dates to Oct. 2-4 or Oct. 16-18, but do not want to travel on Thanksgiving Day - traffic and a lack of Thanksgiving dinner.
I have never tried to make a reservation for the area before and do not know how the system works; it is possible that I will need information like your phone number and address in order to put you on the reservation (I believe that one has to specify exact people in reservations to make sure that no one person is in more than one party). Please email or phone me if you have questions about this.
There is a second set of reservations starting on May 15.
