A once-in-a-lifetime ski-mountaineering trip to the Manatee Range. Be prepared for memories to last a life time and summits to make your friends envious.

From a camp on the Manatee Glacier near 2200m there are numerous peaks within day-trip range including Wahoo Tower, Oluk Peak, Remora Peak, Manatee Peak and Dugong Peak.

Longer day trips include Obelia, and Albacore.

Time permitting, an overnight trip to the remote Elaho Mountain is also possible (32km and 2600m return.

The number of participants is limited by the capacity and payload of the helicopter. Max 5 people and 1100lbs per flight. I am willing to arrange multiple flights to accommodate more people.

Everyone must have ast1 equivalent or better, fitness to sustain many days of ski- touring and ski-mountaineering, excellent technical riding skills, touring experience, camping experience, and glacier travel and crevasse rescue training.

Please describe your touring experience, riding skills, general fitness and glacier training.

I will set up a share file to organizing rides, and group gear including tents and stoves.

Required Items to Bring:
Good attitude, touring gear, avi gear, glacier gear, overnight gear, ski crampons, boot crampons, chocolate for the leader.
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.

The total cost of the flight is $5100. Split 3 ways the cost is 1700 pp. 4 ways is 1275 pp. 5 ways is 1020 pp.

I am still exploring transport by ski plane.
