A traverse through some of the South Coast's most rugged terrain...bring your A-game.

I am flexible with later dates. Contact me if something else works better.

A minimum of 6 days is needed to complete the traverse from Blackcomb to Rubble Creek. Exiting along the Garibaldi Neve to Diamondhead will take an extra 1 or 2 days with a possibility of summitting Mt Garibaldi.

Everyone must have ast1 equivalent or better, fitness to sustain up to 8 days of travel, excellent technical ski skills, prior touring experience, and glacier travel and crevasse rescue training. Overnight experience is an asset but not required.

This trip is challenging for split boarders due to side hilling on steep terrain. Experienced boarders only.

Please describe your touring experience, skiing skills, general fitness glacier training and note if you have a winter ready vehicle and can drive.

I will set up a share file to organizing rides, and group gear including tents and stoves.

If conditions are not suitable the trip will be delayed, cancelled or changed.

Good attitude, touring gear, avi gear, glacier gear, overnight gear, ski crampons, chocolate for the leader.

Backcountry lift pass for WB required, backcountry camping permits for Garibaldi Park, taxis from rubble creek or diamond head.
